Self-Respect (Z-1)

Half of these girls in our school have absolutely no self-respect for themselves and it’s getting out of control for it. More and more girls are crossing the lines about it because they just enjoy making other people happy. You try talking to them about it, but once something is out there is no way you can get it back. Some people just find it funny and think they should spread the word around. One thing that bothers me the most is that people who you are friends with think it is fine to do around and do things and you sit there and try to make them not do it. You think girls would understand that once something is out, there’s no way you can get it back. I try to explain to people not to get yourself involved with it, but somehow they still manage to do it. Sadly, once they find out about it the whole school will find out about it and then eventually it just ruins your reputation. That is something you don’t want following you around because people will look at you different when you shouldn’t be. It’s understandable that people make mistakes, but if you do it over and over again, then it’s only your fault. Maybe one day people will realize not to do it anymore because it just makes you look terrible, but until then people will just have to realize it and deal with it. You really can’t stop someone from doing something if they want to do it, but the only way you can help them is if you sit down and tell them what will happen. But even if you do it they will probably not even bother listening to you, so you’ll just be wasting your breath.
